Warm Beach Community Church

New Building Plans

Warm Beach Community Church has seen more than 150% growth in attendance since 2000.  By 2002 it was obvious that our current facilities would not be able to support continued growth indefinitely.  That year the people of Warm Beach Community Church took a step of faith and purchased 11-1/2 acres of property at the busiest intersection in our area - about 2 miles north of the current church building where Marine Drive, Frank Waters Road and Happy Hollow Road come together.

Master planning of the new facility was completed in the summer of 2005. In the fall of 2005 our people committed to give $835,000 over a three year period "building to change lives." The first step of approval is the conditional use permit (CUP). The permit was applied for in November 2006 and received approval August 2008.  Future steps in the building process include the sale of the existing buildings, final design, building permit, and construction.
